293 Cell Medium 293 cells are human kidney epithelial cells transfected with the adenovirus E1A gene. These cells are suitable for adenovirus amplification, transient transfection for protein expression, and more. This medium is designed for the suspension culture of cells such as 293SUS and HEK293. Cells grown in this medium can be controlled as suspension cultures with manageable cell clumping, making it highly suitable for adenovirus production. Cells can grow rapidly in this medium, with a maximum cell density of up to 1.0×10^7 cells/ml, making it ideal for large-scale bioreactor cultivation.

Culture Way
---Suspension culture:
20ml of the cell suspension was cultured in T125 shake flasks at a seeding density of 0.8-1.0x10 cells/ml. After 48h, the cell density reached 2.5- 4.0x10 cells/ml, using 293 - SFM1 medium cells to diluted 4-5 times continue to culture. The culture conditions are as following: shaking speed of 90~120rpm and incubator temperature of 37+0.5°C
