Product introduction:
LMH Avian adenovirus (FAdV) can cause typical hepatic-pericardial effusion syndrome in chickens, characterized by loss of appetite, torticollis, and death within 1-2 days. Since its outbreak in China in 2015, it has rapidly spread and become a nationwide disease, causing significant economic losses to the poultry industry. LMH cells, as host cells for FAdV, have been approved for use in the production of FAdV vaccines. The company has cultured LMH cells in suspension and developed the corresponding suspension culture medium. They have also scaled up to 1000L bioreactors, achieving a cell density of 12×107 cells/mL, with passaging ratios of no less than 1:4. Some viral strains have reached a titer of 10.5 log TCIDs/mL. Compared to traditional roller bottle adherent culture processes, this cell culture amplification process is simpler, with high viral potency, large batch production, good stability, energy savings, and reduced need for operators, especially after a decrease in serum usage, resulting in lower production costs and fewer post-immunization adverse reactions in animals.
