The reaction workstation's interior can be controlled in a sterile environment. enable collection of adherent cells by effective separation the cells from saturated culture medium, meanwhile the culture medium can be reused in addition, this product can also be used for the expression of adherent-dependent animal cells culture process. The replacement of full-volume culture medium. the replacement efficiency of culture medium can reach more than 98%.

1.CARRIER MODULE:
Multistage round stainless steel filter screen; Number of layers (20-10 layers) and carrier accuracy (20-200 mesh numbers) can be selected as required.
2.PERISTALTIC PUMP:
2-8 independent constant-speed peristaltic pumps are optional; Large flow peristaltic pump for inlet and outlet.
3.TANK PRESSURE CONTROL MODULE:
Sealed tank design, tank top cover is equipped with breath valve; Adjust the exhaust pressure for keeping a constant pressure in the tank.
4.AGITATOR
The impeller with a spiral structure for keeping a low shear force under high density carrier.
5.CONTROL PROBE:
Complete process control for temperature. pH. agitation rate and pressure; Optional automatic program control of mass sensor and living cell sensor.
