WordTex. Biocell™ pilot and production series of bioreactors are designed by our company for pilot-scale research and production of large stainless steel bioreactor system, which provide not only the correlation control, the flow field characteristics and cell physiological characteristics of the bioreactor, but also the functions of automatic in-place cleaning (CIP), in-place sterlization (SIP). The system is mainly composed of tank body, pipe rack and control cabinet. The control system adopts the mode of Siemens S7-1500 PLC controller, touch screen and upper position computer. Al the parameters of the control system can fulfill the requirements of batch culture, fed-batch culture and continuous culture.
